Woman Sueing Over ‘Dead Body Smell’

In Michigan last year, a woman innocently bought a used 2006 Ford Expedition. Nothing could of prepared her for the nauseating smell the car developed as the months turned warmer

It was March when she bought the tainted SUV. The cold must have been keeping the smell at bay. When this poor lady did some research it turns out her car had been stolen 3 times while being used as a rental car.  A dead body had be in the car during one of those joyrides.

As of now the car dealership is refusing to give the woman a refund. Let's see how a judge and jury weighs the issue. But, do you think she should be given a refund?
