I love watching the show Shark Tank; it is one of my guilty pleasures. I have always felt that somewhere inside of me lies a multi-million dollar business idea.

I haven't watched Shark Tank for the past few seasons though, so I didn't catch the episode where Californian married couple, Shannon and Florian Radke of Berkley, presented their idea for custom gourmet "create your own" vegan cinnamon rolls on the show. (The Radkes scored a winning contract with Robert Herjavec.)

Guess what? The Radke's successful vegan cinnamon roll bakery is opening up a franchise location right here in East Texas!

The patisserie will be called Cinnaholic, and is set to be built over there in Cumberland Park's The Village on S Broadway Ave. All of the treats will be completely vegan, and if you want baked goods that are cholesterol-free, egg-free and lactose-free, this store will also be right up your alley.

According to a report from KLTV, Cinnaholic will be offering catering, online orders and walk-in orders for their vegan cinnamon buns, edible cookie dough, cookies and brownies. There will even be up to 20 different mix-and-match frosting options to choose from.

Cinnaholic currently has four locations in California including Los Angeles. They are expanding their franchise to new locations in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, North Carolina and Texas.
