Anita Baker Wanted By Detroit Police

Anita Baker is on her way to jail in Detroit for failure to appear for a court ordered hearing that was scheduled last September. Baker is being sued by Ray Smith Painting and Decorating for not paying a bill over $15,000 for her home in Grosse Pointe, Michigan.

This is the eight-time Grammy Award winner's second time facing jail. In 2010, a judge threatened to put her behind bars for refusing to sign divorce papers. Before it came to that, they reached a last minute agreement.
