Usher’s New Girlfriend Calling The Shots?

According to theybf.com, it sounds like Usher's girlfriend,Grace Miguel, is calling every shot in Usher's life and career.  Apparently she wants Usher to get rid of his staff so he can hire hers.  The NY Post reported that Grace told Usher to fire his dancers, choreographers, tour managers, so that she could replace them with her own people.  This also includes Usher's agent getting the chop, Mark Cheatham who has been with Usher since he started this business over 16 years ago! Keep in mind that Mark also introduced Usher to Justin Bieber. 

You would think that Usher learned his lesson from back in 2007 with Tameka Foster. She too had Usher fire his own mother, Jonetta Patton because the two didn't get along. He did however hire his mother back...
