Tyler Police Investigating Shooting

One person was shot in Tyler Tuesday. Tyler Police were called to a parking lot at 2500 block of W. Erwin Street, where a person had been shot just after midnight. Upon arrival, police found a 24-year-old man who had been shot in the leg, according to TylerPaper.com. Officers did not find the suspect, who had already left the area. The victim was treated for non life-threatening injuries.
