Traci Ellis And Her ‘Girlfriends’ Reunite On Black-ish

It has been over ten years since we have seen the cast of Girlfriends on television together, but now thanks to Black-ish the gang is back together for an upcoming episode.

According to Vibe, Traci Ellis Ross went to her Twitter to drop the news

So we have an extra special episode of ‘Black-ish,’ and it’s a feminist episode, and I brought in some backup from some of my girlfriends.

Ross also explained that the timing was perfect to bring in her 'Girlfriends' and introduce them to a whole new audience.  The ladies were last seen on television together was back in 2006.  It ran for eight years and being able to merge the world of Black-ish and Girlfriends are surreal.

You can watch the ladies on an upcoming episode titled 'Feminisn't' which is set to air October 8th.
