Singer Toni Braxton took over the rooftop of the Empire Hotel in New York City Thursday night (Jan. 23), working the room and serenading the crowd as she performed her hits 'Another Sad Love Song,' 'Breathe Again,' and 'Unbreak My Heart.'

The performance was the nightcap of a launch event for Gain Flings, a new single-use detergent product. It was a family affair as the Braxton sisters, including Grammy-nominated singer Tamar Braxton, were also there to host the launch. While Season 3 of their reality show, 'Braxton Family Values,' was debuting on WE tv, these ladies were out bringing life to the party.

After an introduction by the sisters -- sans Toni -- who told their personal stories of using Gain while growing up and doing their own laundry, representatives from Gain gave the audience some background on the development of the new product which they call "Music to Your Nose." This was followed by a live performance from YouTube Sensation Andrew Garcia, who sang covers of several popular songs including Drake's 'Hold On, We're Going Home.'

Toni Braxton, looking much younger than 46, then took over the reigns as the final treat of the evening. She invited fans onstage to sing with her and moved through the room while the crowd sang along to each of her classics.

Before she escaped behind the velvet rope with her sisters to pose for photos, Toni sang a a couple lines from 'Hurt You,' her latest track with Babyface. The song is featured on their upcoming duet album, 'Love, Marriage & Divorce,' due Feb. 4.
