The Roots to Honor Marvin Gaye

MTV is reporting that The Roots will honor and celebrate Marvin Gaye’s legacy by holding a What's Going On concert this spring in Washington DC. The event will include a performance from John Legend, Janelle Monae, Stevie Wonder and the National Symphony Orchestra. Taking place in May at the Kennedy Center, the showcase will mark the 40th anniversary of Marvin’s classic album, What's Going On.
