Musical icon Prince will be honored during this year’s Grammy Awards.

According to Rolling Stone, Let’s Go Crazy: The Grammy Salute to Prince – will take place two days after the Grammys at the Los Angeles Convention Center and will broadcast in April.

Sheila E. will serve as musical director along with Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis and among the list of performers are a who’s who of musical talent:

  • Alicia Keys
  • John Legend
  • Usher
  • Common
  • H.E.R.
  • The Revolution
  • Morris Day & The Time
  • Earth, Wind, and Fire

Sheila E said in a statement,

I was very honored to be able to do this for so many reasons, but to be able to help celebrate the life of a dear friend and be a part of this and be musical director is awesome.

Prince died of an accidental fentanyl overdose back on April 21st, 2016 at the age of 57.
