The Dumb Crook of the Week is this Guy

Of course this story would come out of Florida.

36 year old Steve Leon Coley Jr. of Florida was arrested for robbing a Bank of America.

Why? He wanted to open a bank account there but didn't have the $25 to start it.

He showed his driver's license during his first visit and came back later that afternoon and demanded money.

Oh, it gets better.

He was spotted walking down the street counting the undisclosed amount of cash he had just stolen.

He was arrested for one count of robbery without a weapon and taken to jail.

Wonder if someone slapped him in the back of the head, too.
