Texas Woman Dies During Modeling Photoshoot
19-year-old Fredzania Thompson had aspirations of becoming a model. She decided to have some initial shots of her done at some local train tracks in Navasota, according to abc13.com, when she was struck and killed by a train.
To make the situation even more tragic - Thompson was only weeks pregnant with her fiance, Earl Chapman, according to the Dallas Morning News.
Witnesses say that she moved to avoid one train but stepped on adjacent tracks where another train was coming from the other direction and was hit. She was pronounced dead on the way to the hospital.
The photographer was not hurt.
Thompson was from College Station and was attending Blinn College.
Investigators looking into the incident are reviewing video from the train to get a better idea of what happened.
