Tamar Braxton is a busy woman. Aside from her hosting duties on The Real and preparing for the new season of Dancing with the Stars, the 38-year-old singer will release a new album, Calling All Lovers.

Braxton releases the cover art for her third studio album as well as the track list. The album includes her hit single “If I Don’t Have You,” which reached the Top 10 on Billboard’s Urban Adult Contemporary Chart. Fans should expect some visuals for her new single, "Catfish" soon.

Tamar season is in effect, with her family reality show, Braxton Family Values, heading into its fourth season. Braxton is also joining the dance floor as a contestant on the 21st season of ABC's Dancing with the Stars, which premieres on Monday (Sept. 14). As she polishes her dancing shoes, her daily talk show, The Real, will return for a second season on the same day. On the show, Braxton will let fans hear her third single, "King," off the new album.

But that's not all. To find out how she handles her career with married life, catch it all on Tamar & Vince, where "Tamar not only displays the characteristics of a true 'star' -- but her ability to balance an entertainment career, motherhood, business and philanthropy." The reality series is also heading into its fourth season.

Check out the Calling All Lovers track list below, which surprisingly has no features, and the gorgeous cover art inspired by a newspaper's front page above.
