The ongoing, bitter custody battle between R&B singer Usher and ex-wife Tameka Raymond has finally ended. A custody judge decided in favor of Usher as of today, according to reports.

Despite Usher‘s request to delay his custody hearing over sons Usher Raymond V, 4, and Naviyd, 3, to allow he and ex wife Tameka Foster to mourn the death of his stepson in a tragic jet skiing accident, a judge ruled that the hearing will go on as scheduled — and as Foster wished.

In an unfortunate turn of events, not only has Usher lost his stepson, Kile Glover, but he also lost the little and brief amicability he had with his ex-wife Tameka Foster. Foster, 11-year-old Glover’s mother, has lashed out at the ‘Climax’ singer for allegedly faking his distress over his now-deceased former stepchild.

Usher reportedly is rethinking his legal strategy in his ongoing custody battle with Tameka Raymond — this after a jet ski accident left his 11-year-old stepson brain dead. TMZ is reporting that over the weekend Usher and Tameka talked about reaching an amicably settlement in their case.

Since Usher filed for papers 4 years ago to Tameka Foster, reports have surfaced that she has threatened him bodily harm. The latest report of Tameka's threats were overheard by folks saying that she threatened Usher and his new girlfriend.

Tameka Foster and Usher are in a custody rights battle over their children Usher Raymond V and Naviyd Eli Raymond.  Foster is starting to fight dirty by accusing Usher of drug use.
