Longview High School Musician Makes All-State Band!
Wow! A Longview High School sophomore is the only student in Texas to earn All-Area honors on two instruments. Robdrick Halton placed 2nd statewide on the contra-bass clarinet, immediately after placing 1st in the All-Region competition, and qualifying for All-Area! This young man also plays the French Horn -- in which he earned All-Region and All-Area honors.
