It appears as if Evelyn Lozado is ready to move on with her life, but Chad Johnson is not feeling the same way. After being spotted only days ago still wearing his wedding ring, new reports are claiming that the former wide-receiver for the Miami Dolphins is refusing to sign the final divorce papers from Evelyn's attorney.

The show follows Evelyn and Iyanla as they discuss what went wrong with the relationship with Chad Johnson, her bad-girl behavior on Basketball Wives, and of course the domestic incident. Earlier this month, the world stopped and jaws collectively dropped when the news of Chad 'Ochocinco' Johnson head-butted his new bride, Evelyn Johnson. Since the incident, the two have filed for divorce. For the first time, Evelyn will opens up on Nightline tonight.

TMZ is reporting that Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson has been arrested on charges of domestic violence against new wife, Evelyn Lozada. There was allegedly a fight that erupted after his bride of 39 days found a receipt for condoms in his car, causing Chad to head-butt Evelyn.
