It was a gangsta party as Tupac Shakur was posthumously enshrined into the 2017 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame back on April 7. The ceremony aired on HBO on April 29, and Snoop Dogg helped inducted his old friend into the Rock Hall with an endearing speech followed by a musical tribute.

According to Okayplayer, Alicia Keys kicked off the medley tribute to 2Pac with a piano-driven performance of “Ambitionz Az A Ridah,” “I Get Around,” “I Ain’t Mad At Cha,” “Dear Mama” and “Changes.”

Rapper T.I. followed Keys and channeled the iconic rapper with his clothes. Tip donned a black leather corset over a white T-shirt, black jeans, a matching bandana and wheat-colored Timberland boots. The Atlanta rhymer performed ‘Pac’s beloved song, “Keep Your Head Up.”

Next up was Naughty by Nature member Treach who was also a dear friend of 2Pac. The New Jersey native rapped “Hail Mary,” a track from 'Pac's 1996 album, The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory.

Finally, YG and Snoop Dogg wrapped up the tribute performance with a rousing rendition of “Gangsta Party."

Don't worry if you missed the event, the 2017 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony is still airing on HBO.
