All good things must eventually come to an end.

Our morning man Steve Harvey’s daytime talk show ‘Steve’ has been canceled by NBC as the fall season approaches.

According to The Grio, after 7 years Steve Harvey’s daytime talk show ‘Steve’ is being replaced by The Kelly Clarkson Show hosted by Grammy Award winner and American Idol alum Kelly Clarkson.

The show moves into a prime-time slot where it will be the lead in to the Ellen Show which is one of the networks stronger shows.

Valari Staab president of NBCUniversal Owned Television Stations released a statement on the change.

We are very excited to have Kelly Clarkson on our air next fall.  She's genuine, warm, fun and interacts with her fans in a meaningful way.

Harvey, who recently relocated his show to Los Angeles from Chicago is produced by IMG Original Content has been an expensive move and finding a replacement could be a challenge.  However, they are still planning to continue with the show.

You can still listen to the Steve Harvey Morning Show on Hot 107.3 Jamz Monday - Saturday from 5 a.m. - 9 a.m.
