Steve Harvey Breaks Down When Surprised By Couple Who Gave Him His Start in Comedy [VIDEO]

I can't believe we haven't seen this video until now. Talk about humbling, and there's nothing wrong with seeing a grown man cry.

Earlier this year, our own morning guy Steve Harvey was doing his TV show on his birthday when he was told there was a surprise call.

As soon as he sees who is calling, Steve breaks down into tears. As he later explains in the video, this couple -- Rich and Becky -- helped him get his start in comedy in Cleveland when Steve was his in 20s.

Steve explains the couple gave him his first contract for his carpet cleaning company. As they became friends, Rich and Becky allowed him to have an account at their travel agency. Thus, the Steve Harvey we all know and love was launched into stardom, thanks to the generosity of two wonderful people.
