Update: Stacey Dash Treated For ‘Dehydration’

Former Single Ladies star Stacey Dash has been reportedly rushed to the hospital.  Her rep has confirmed in a statement that the Clueless star was treated at the hospital for dehydration. Earlier yesterday reports stated Dash was hospitalized for an 'unconfirmed illness'.

Her rep also stated that Dash, 46, attributed her illness from a meal she ate the day before, which caused the actress to become ill to where she couldn't hold down food or water.

She was treated for dehydration at the hospital and since has been released.

Dash is currently at home resting trying to gain strength.
