For the ninth time in the Tim Duncan era, the San Antonio Spurs advanced to the Western Conference Finals with a 102-83 win over the Portland Trail Blazers.

San Antonio captured the series 4-1. Kwahi Leonard led the Spurs with 22 points and Tim Duncan added 16.

The Spurs are two series wins away from their fifth NBA title.
