Sports & Zombies Rule Prime Time TV

What do tv ratings reveal about us?  There's no such thing as too much sports, & we still can't get enough zombies!       

The top 5 prime time network & cable shows for the week of 10/31-11/6 include the final two World Series games on FOX (in 1st & 2nd place), two NFL battles (NBC Sunday Night @ #3, ESPN Monday Night @ #5), with the latest episode of AMC's "The Walking Dead" sandwiched in between @ #4.  The best performing scripted series on network tv last week is "The Big Bang Theory", ranking 8th & leading the way for CBS.  Another special event, "The 50th Anniversary C.M.A. Awards", is ABC's highest finisher @ #9, while the top new network series continues to be NBC's "This Is Us", coming in 11th.
