Southwest Airlines Says “YES” To The Dress!
Southwest Airlines is known for their customer service and one Houston woman is singing their praises for resolving a potential nightmare.
According to East Texas Matters, a woman was heading to Costa Rica for a friend’s wedding when all of the sudden she forgot her dress for the wedding.
Just when you think all is lost her friend Rachel Turner went to social media and asked the airline for a huge favor,
Yesterday evening I got a call from my friend in a panic that she had left her bridesmaid dress in cypress at the alterations place.
She looked for other options to get the dress to her friend overnight, but was to no avail then she turned to Southwest to see if they could be a courier and of course they said YES!
After getting it cleared with customs in Costa Rica the dress would make it there before the wedding.
