Sagging Pants Man Slapped With Jail Sentence In Alabama

The sagging pants debate has been an ongoing one with many people pushing for law-enforcement to start cracking down on on offenders. In Alabama, a judge began doing just that! LeMarcus Ramsey was held in contempt of court for wearing his pants in a "sagging" fashion. The 20 year old man was in court on a stolen property charge when Judge John Bush deemed Ramsey's sagging too extreme and slapped him with a 3 day jail sentence! Apparently, the judge felt it was offensive for the young man to come to court with his pants sagging so low that his underwear was exposed.
