Road-Widening Underway in South Tyler

Construction is a headache, but in the long-run, the road-widening in South Tyler will help ease congestion! The construction is underway near Owens Elementary School. The hope is that it will help relieve congestion, according to EastTexasMatters.com! The road is being paved, turn lanes are being updated and culverts are being replaced. Unfortunately, during construction, traffic will be limited to one-lane roads. The good news is that it should be finished by the end of next week!
