Do you know what time it is? It's time for a lawsuit. Rick Ross is being sued by a jeweler for an overdue luxury bill. TMZ has the scoop on the legalities.

According to the suit, Rozay visited Johnny's Custom Jewelry store in Texas in August 2012, and purchased three diamond Rolexes for $89,847.50. The trio of timepieces consists of one 18K gold watch with 7 carat diamonds ($14,000), one two-tone watch with 5 carat diamonds ($14,000) and another 18K gold watch with 30 carat diamonds ($55,000).

The owner, nicknamed "King Johnny," says he delivered the watches as ordered and now he wants Rozay to cut a check. Johnny is seeking the money that he's owed plus interest.

Johnny's Custom Jewelry is a popular jewelry store in the Lone Star state having outfitted pieces for various artists including Soulja Boy, Nelly, Paul Wall, Sean Kingston, Flo Rida and many others.

Rick Ross' reps had no comment on the lawsuit.
