Albert Pujols Hits Home Run No. 500

Albert Pujols became the first player to hit his 499th and 500th in the same game to become the 26th player to accomplish the feat.

He joins the likes of Mark McGwire, Alex Rodriguez and Willie Mays to reach 500 or more home runs in the first 14 years of his career. He also became the fourth-youngest player in baseball history to reach No. 500.
