The Paisley Park compound wasn’t the only property that Prince owned. Apparently, the late music icon also had a private island home in Turks and Caicos.

According to TMZ, the Purple One’s gorgeous fortress, located on the island of Providenciales in Turks and Caicos, is up for sale for a whopping $12 million.

The property, which Prince purchased in 2010, boasts 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, a 200-foot boat dock, a tennis court and a private white sand beach. Not to mentioned, picturesque views of the Atlantic Ocean and tropical forests. A paradise indeed.

Shockingly, Prince didn’t get a chance to fully enjoyed his secluded abode in the islands. Robert Greenwood of Christie’s International Real Estate told TMZ that the home is partially furnished. However, there are a few mementos from the Purple Rain movie and a few expensive chairs still left in the mansion.

But the first thing Prince did when he bought the lavish paradise was to paint the driveway purple. That is so Prince-ly of him.
