Movie Theater Shooting Suspect Formally Charged

Colorado shooting suspect James Holmes has been formally charged with 24 counts of murder, 116 counts of attempt murder.

Holmes is accused of killing 12 people and wounding 58 others at the Batman movie premiere in Aurora, Colorado.

Legal analysts believe the case will be dominated by arguments over his sanity.

The charges include a dozen first-degree murder counts.
