First there was the fajita thief. Now, one Texas police department is looking to nab a brazen brisket bandit!

The New Braunfels Police Department wrote a spicy and descriptive post about a suspect they say stole brisket not once, but TWICE from an HEB store!

The first heist netted seven briskets, the second an additional five. The post itself is a masterpiece of a recipe, using well-thought out synonyms for added flavor, including: "this makes him a well-seasoned criminal...," and "We'd like to MEAT him in person so we can GRILL him about these thefts."

In all seriousness though, the theft racks up to about $400 in beef, and the suspect needs to be found.

Do you know who he is? Follow the information on their Facebook page and you could rack up a $2,000 cash reward.

Oh, in case you don't remember the fajita thief, here's the story from Star-Telegram. You're welcome.
