More Drama At The Jackson Estate!

According to recent reports, the folks over Michael Jackson's estate is asking a judge to do what Katherine Jackson can't -- kic k Alejandra Jackson and her kids out of the Hayvenhurst estate for good.

TMZ.com claims to have obtained legal docs in which the estate is asking the judge to remove Alejandra and all of her kids from the estate because they are not beneficiaries of Michael Jackson's will and have no claim to the property.

Earlier reports in November cited that Katherine Jackson told Alejandra and the kids -- fathered by both Jermaine and Randy to NOT return to the residence.  However, Alejandra is refusing to move herself, her kids, and her stuff out and now the case is in a judge's hands.

Can't we all just get along?
