Missing Tyler toddler found, allegedly kidnapped by grandma

The one-year-old child's grandmother, Lolita Anita Pounds, was found in Mississippi and arrested. She was returned to Smith County and is now facing a kidnapping charge, according to TylerPaper.com. Pounds' son and the mother of the child reported her missing on January 1, after Pounds had not brought their daughter back to them. Although Pounds was arrested in Mississippi, the girl was found in Ruston, Louisiana. Pounds was booked into the Smith County Jail ear this morning (January 10). The toddler was unharmed.
