McGregor Comes out Swinging Insults

"You can't even read!" Gloves are definitely off in this battle of the words!

Man were jabs thrown left and right as undefeated boxer, Floyd mayweather and MMA star, Conor McGregor kicked off their four-day promotional tour for their August 26 showdown in Las Vegas! Among the many below-the-belt hits from McGregor to Mayweather, was the infamous quote, "You're 40 carrying a school bag. You can't even read!". Fighting words, right?  I would say, "HECK YES," especially since rapper, 50 Cent already put Mayweather on blast in 2014 challenging the boxer to read a Harry Potter book or Cat in the Hat.

With their August 26 boxing match looming, McGregor lit up jumbotons around the arena at the Toronto Media Conference as he paraded across stage whirling insults in the direction of his opponent. Not only did he come for Mayweather, he took a jab at Floyd Mayweather Sr.

“Your boy is going to sleep. But he’ll wake up a better man,” McGregor boasted.
