McDonalds in Longview Offers “Cones With Cops” June 29

1-Adam 12, 1-Adam 12, see the man at the McDonalds in Longview at 1803 NW Loop 281 next Saturday, June 29 from 11-1 p.m. for a complimentary ice cream cone with the men, women, and children you are sworn to protect.

It's not quite as dramatic as the signature "calls" of the great police drama of the 60's and 70's, but important none the less. McDonald's is inviting everyone to share a few minutes of their time to meet and thank officers from the Longview Police Department, as well as introduce your children to the men and women who have decided to risk their lives daily to protect those in their area.

Parents and kids of all ages will have the opportunity to sit down and ask questions to officers of all levels – including Sergeants, Deputy Chiefs, and Neighborhood Patrol Officers. Additionally, families will have the opportunity to learn about McDonald’s commitment to food, family and giving back to local communities, while enjoying complimentary ice cream cones.
