McDonald’s Fined $3.1 Million in Brazil

McDonald's is going to pay a $3,192,300.00 fine in Brazil. The reason why they are in big trouble is over the Happy Meal.

They aren't being fined for just serving a meal with smaller portions.  But for advertising the meal to have a free toy.

Children can still get a toy when they go to the 'double arches' but their parents will have to purchase it separately.

So how do you feel about this ruling?  McDonald's has been under a lot of fire for it's high calorie food.
