As if Lindsay Lohan's day couldn't get any worse, ABC Radio News is reporting that she's been charged with lying to the police in Santa Monica, CA in her case dating back to June when she was involved in a car accident.

Lindsay's day didn't start off well this morning because she was arrested after assaulting a woman in a New York City nightclub and these charges come hours after that arrest.  Santa Monica police Sgt. Richard Lewis tells ABC News that Lindsay, "was charged with willfully resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer in the course of their duties; giving false information to a peace officer; and reckless driving -- all misdemeanors."

Those charges could land her in jail for up to 21 months because it could possibly mean she has violated her parole in her case where she was convicted of stealing a necklace in 2011.

So it looks like we'll definitely be seeing Lindsay in a California court again and again I ask the following question...
