Kevin Hart was reportedly robbed of $500K in jewelry and clothes in what looks to be a burglary. The Central Intelligence star came home from a Miami trip promoting his Nike sneaker collaboration when he discovered that someone had broken into his home and Hart called the authorities after he noticed items were missing.

Police believe the incident occurred during last week while Hart was out of town. The thieves reportedly entered his home through the back door. Hart's Tarzana, California home is secured behind security gates in his exclusive neighborhood.

“We received a call of a burglary investigation at 1 o’clock yesterday, on the thirteenth,” Officer Mike Lopez of the LAPD told Complex. “We responded to the 3800 block of Winford Avenue in Tarzana, California. A burglary investigation was conducted. About half a million dollars of Mr. Hart’s belongings were taken during the burglary. The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating, and we will try and obtain any video footage if there’s any available.”

In spite of the bad news, Hart and his family were unharmed. And he has a big summer ahead of him. In addition to his Nike push, the funnyman's latest film Central Intelligence hits theaters on June 17. The movie stars Hart and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson as former high school classmates wind up reuniting for a spy mission.
