Kevin Hart Arrested for DUI

Superstar comedian Kevin Hart was arrested early this morning on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, according to a report from TMZ.

TMZ reports Hart nearly ran his car into a gas tanker while speeding down the 101 Freeway in his black Mercedes. California Highway Patrol reportedly clocked him driving at nearly 90 mph and almost collided with the gas tanker.

The report also says when Hart was pulled over he showed "objective signs of intoxication," but also that a field sobriety test could not be performed.

Hart was booked into jail on a $5,000 bond and was soon released after posting bail.
