Justin Timberlake was a one man show during the Pepsi Halftime performance during Super Bowl LII in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It has been thirteen years since the infamous “wardrobe malfunction” with Janet Jackson back in 2001, which is now hopefully a thing of the past after his electrifying performance.

From the Hollywood Reporter Timberlake, along with his band the Tennessee Kids took us down memory lane with classics from his debut album ‘Justified’ by appearing in a bar. Then he made his way to the field with “Rock Your Body”, and continued through his catalogue of hits “My Love”, “Cry Me A River”, “Sexy Back”, and even his new single “Filthy” from his new album “Man of The Woods”.

However, a major highlight was his rendition of his single “Until the End of Time” on piano when all of the sudden, “The Purple One” Prince appeared (not by hologram), but projected on a cloth singing “I Would Die 4 You”.  The entire skyline was purple in Minneapolis, but Justin may receive backlash as Prince was not a fan of being projected after he passes away.  As you know Prince died back in April of 2016 and is a native of Minneapolis.
