The contract was signed and money was paid -in full to R&B singer Jennifer Hudson who was a no-show at the Michael Jackson tribute concert Sunday night. On Sunday afternoon Jennifer went to Twitter to express her conern, stating that she had "major production issues", and would not be able to do the show. Producers of the tribute show were apparently caught off guard with Hudson not being in attendance. Jennifer's rep did in fact confirm her reason for the abrupt cancellation, and the show's producers say they completely understand. Other sources say, not so much.

Our question is, should Jennifer have to pay back the money that was paid to her in advance?
