A Hard Rock Hotel in New Orleans collapsed, killing one person. The hotel, which was under construction in the historic French Quarter, collapsed Saturday, according to EastTexasMatters.com. One person was killed in the incident and at least 20 others were injured. Two people were still missing. The building is still unstable. The contractor said that representatives would be working through the night to stabilize the building. Apparently a crane caused the collapse. Hard Rock said it had nothing to do with the construction and put responsibility on the building's owner and contractor.
