It's been a disastrous month for the Indiana Pacers, who got blown away at home by the San Antonio Spurs (winners of a franchise-record 18 straight) 103-77 last night.

With the loss, the Miami Heat, who won 93-83 over Toronto on Monday, regained the top spot in the Eastern Conference.

The Heat are 51-22 and are percentage points ahead of the Pacers, who are 52-23.

Less than 10 games remain in the NBA's regular season, so we're starting to get down to the wire. Who's your pick to win it all?
