Halle Berry Rushed to Hospital After On-Set Accident

TMZ.com is reporting that actress Halle Berry was rushed to the hospital after injuring herself during an on-set accident. The Oscar-winning actress took a fall around 10pm last night (July 17) while filming 'The Hive.' She reportedly hit her head on the concrete and was taken to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.

Berry was taken to Cedars-Sinai as a precaution for evaluation. According to Halle's rep, she has since been treated and released. She was noted as being "active and healthy", and is set to continue film production as planned.
