Roy Halladay signed a one-day contract with the Toronto Blue Jays to retire with the team he started with in 1998.

After 12 seasons in a Jays uniform,he was traded to the Philadelphia Phillies where he won a World Series ring and threw one of only two no-hitters in playoff history against the Cincinnati Reds in 2010.

Halladay in 16 seasons was 203-105 with a 3.38 ERA and 2,117 strikeouts.

With two Cy Young Awards and eight All-Star appearances, is he a first ballot Hall of Famer?
