September is drawing to a close, and slowly but surely this high school football season is too. This week marks the halfway point in the 2011 season. And if you haven't made it to a game yet, it's time. We put together a list for you to make your decision easier.

These match ups are, in my opinion, some of the best of the season. I haven't been shy about my partiality towards Whitehouse, so that would be my game of choice. But Lee and John Tyler are making waves this season too. And the Kilgore-Pine Tree should be a great game too. I dont think you could go wrong with any of these games. The Longview News Journal has a list of games for this week and the rest of the season.
