We've seen it all day: "Happy 12/12/12!" and "12:12 on 12/12/12" on the Facebook news feed and everywhere else imaginable.

But, for one East Texas family, 12:12 on 12/12/12 was a little extra special.

Eric and Salena Rozell, of Jacksonville, welcomed their brand new baby girl, Lily Scarlett, into the world at exactly 12:12 p.m. today (CST) on Dec. 12, 2012.

Beautiful Lily was born completely healthy at 7 pounds and 19 3/4 inches long at East Texas Medical Center in Tyler.

Lily joins likely hundreds (or even thousands) of babies all over the world who were born at 12:12 p.m. today. And since it's such a rare event, the Rozells can definitely say their Lily is extra special.

Eric and Salena, both native East Texans, are a firefighter and nurse, respectively, in Tyler. Eric is a graduate of The Brook Hill School in Bullard and Salena graduated from Mount Pleasant High School.

Congrats to you both and your families!
