Derrick Rose Rose Tells Russell Westbrook to Take Time to Heal

Chicago Bulls point guard Derrick Rose point guard made his first game appearance after missing all of last season with an ACL injury this week. He also gave advice to Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Russell Westbrook: "Take your time to come back."

Westbrook suffered a torn meniscus in the first round of Oklahoma City's 2013 playoff series against the Houston Rockets.

"Only you know your body,and no matter how bad you wanna play come back when you're 100 percent ready to play," Rose said.

Rose, who faced the OKC Thunder in their preseason game, scored 26 points in the Bulls' 104-95 win.
