Decision Coming on Indictment of Officer in Michael Brown Case
In St. Louis a grand jury has come to a decision on the case of Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson and the governor has put Ferguson in a pre-emptive state of emergency and activated the National Guard.
At 5 p.m. today, the announcement will be made if officer Darren Wilson, 28 will face charges for the death of Michael Brown. Reports state that Brown struggled with Wilson and reached for his gun. Brown's family says officer Wilson shot and killed Brown while he was trying to surrender.
