D-Nice Throws The Biggest ‘Social Distance’ Party On Instagram

Hip Hop icon Derrick "D-Nice" Jones definitely know how to throw a party!

While the entire world is practicing social distancing from the COVID-19 Derrick Jones also known as D-Nice from Boogie Down Productions decided to bring us all together for a party like none other via Instagram.

On Thursday (March 19th) he announced he was throwing a "Home Schoolin" Social Distancing Dance Party and in this party EVERYBODY was VIP as there was a who's who from Oprah, Quincy Jones, Tank, even Democratic Presidential candidates Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders checked in with views reaching more than 100K.

D-Nice was playing everything from R&B, New Jack Swing, Old School Hip Hop, even threw in some Tina Turner as Hollywood Royalty Angela Bassett joined in the party.

Since most of the nation is dealing with social distancing and cities being on lock down it definitely felt good to have technology and music to unify us as a culture.
