CREEP ALERT! Texas Man Arrested For Filming Under Woman’s Skirt

CREEP ALERT!

A Forth Worth man is arrested after a woman accused him of having his cell phone up her skirt on a department store escalator.

According to Star Telegram, the woman felt the phone on her leg causing her to turn around and catch the man holding his phone under her skirt.

The individual identified as Weldon Howard, 24, was taken into custody at Fort Worth Jail Thursday night (July 11^th).

He was charged with improper photography/visual recording.
