Courageous Student Fights For His Teachers and the Education System [VIDEO]

Every teacher feels the weight of responsibility at the end of the year, especially. The standardized tests that earn their schools money become a heavy task to accomplish every year. And, at what cost? This young man decided this weight should be lifted a little. 

This high school student decided to stand up in front of his school board, peers, and teachers to try and make a difference. Speaking, primarily, against the Common Core Curriculum program. This is a program that has been going in the states for a bit now, is very similar to the No Child Left Behind effort.

His poignant words and courage will make you want to stand and applaud him at the end of the five minutes. What a brave young man aiming to do what he believes is right.
